As a Nurse Experience Expert/Remote IVF Coordinator (RN), you'll be an integral part of our clinic team, working closely with our patients, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless care and exceptional service. Job Summary We're looking for an experienced and empathetic Nurse Experience Expert/Remote IVF Coordinator (RN) to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. As a full-time remote position, you'll utilize your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration skills to provide exceptional patient care and support. You'll serve as a liaison between our customer experience and clinical support teams, handling patient inquiries, managing secure messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Nursing Support Responsibilities Act as a liaison between customer experience and clinical support teams to ensure seamless communication and care. Handle all inbound patient questions regarding cycle management, pharmacy logistics, and emergent clinical needs, providing empathetic and informative support. Manage all inbound secure messages for the medical team, prioritizing and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure timely follow-ups for patients to navigate them through their journey, providing guidance and support as needed. Nursing Responsibilities Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures, fostering a supportive and informative environment. Collaborate with the clinic team to oversee patients' cycling process, including injection training, consent reviews, medication questions, and general process inquiries. Coordinate patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro Fertilization, and Frozen Embryo Transfers, as well as Donor Services. Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions with empathy and clarity. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in our EMR system, adhering to our procedures and guidelines. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, promoting a sense of comfort and trust. Work independently to meet program goals and objectives, as outlined by the supervisory team, while maintaining a focus on exceptional patient care and service. Support and promote excellence in customer service, providing feedback to HQ on process improvements and job specifications to enhance efficiency and patient experience. Participate in weekend communication coverage (1-2 weekends per month), responding to patient messages, handling urgent matters, and completing urgent tasks, with compensation in the form of a day off during the week. Schedule As a remote Nurse Experience Expert/Remote IVF Coordinator (RN), you'll work a schedule of four 10-hour days (Monday to Friday), with a designated schedule of 11am-9pm PST. You'll also participate in weekend communication coverage (1-2 weekends per month), with compensation in the form of a day off during the week. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in the State of California. 3+ years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice, with a strong understanding of fertility services and patient care. Experience working remotely, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in EMR systems and G-Suite, with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. Strong passion for women's health and fertility, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and support staff. Detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Exemplary customer service skills and professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fertility services, including IVF, IUI, and Egg Freezing. Familiarity with Kindbody's services and mission. Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment.
