A proactive school district in the Lincoln, Nebraska area is currently hiring virtual Sign Language Interpreters for the 2025–2026 school year. Three positions are open to qualified candidates.
Openings:
• 2 Full-Time Positions
• 37.5 hours per week
• Supporting elementary and high school students (including 11th grade)
• 1 Part-Time Position
• Approx. 10–12 hours per week
• Morning hours only (approx. 8:30–10:30 AM)
• Tied to special education/IEP service block
This is a fully remote opportunity that allows interpreters to provide critical communication access for students from a virtual setting.
Requirements:
• EIPA score of 4.0 or higher
• Passed EIPA Written Exam
• Candidates must meet both criteria to be considered
