Now Hiring: Multifaceted Virtual Assistant (Creative + Operational)

We’re an Upwork agency supporting coaches, consultants, and service-based founders as they scale. Our clients are busy building meaningful businesses and we help them move faster without burning out.

We’re hiring a proactive creative-meets-operational Virtual Assistant who’s not afraid of structure, detail, or doing the occasional repetitive task. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes support system that keeps projects moving, content flowing, and inboxes under control.

This is not a one-trick task role. We want someone versatile, sharp, and ready to plug into different types of businesses with calm, confident execution.

This is position is NOT customer facing. You'll be working with one of our business coaches who will be guiding work on the client account.

✅ What You Might Do For Our Clients:

- Support daily operations (scheduling, inbox cleanup, CRM updates, etc.)

- Send outbound email outreach (templates provided)

- Upload content to platforms (email, blog, podcast, YouTube, etc.)

- Help prep assets for launches, newsletters, and events

- Create basic docs (SOPs, spreadsheets, checklists, etc.)

Optional: help with light creative (graphic templates, content formatting, etc.)

This is not a task dumping ground. You'll be matched to clients you can grow with, that suite your skillset, and our team is available to support strategy or execution backup when needed. You'll never be left on an island.

Who We’re Looking For:

- A calm, detail-oriented executor who can problem solve

- You’re proactive, flexible, and don’t need hand-holding

- You're comfortable communicating when you're stuck or don't understand an assignment

- Comfortable with a blend of tech, systems, and light creative tasks

- You don’t mind occasional repetition—it feels satisfying to see it complete

- You like variety and structure equally

Bonus if You Have:

Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, ConvertKit, Squarespace, Social media management, Zapier, Hubspot, Airtable, etc.

Light graphic design or content formatting experience

Understanding of online service businesses (coaching, consulting, etc.)
