Now Hiring: Full-Time LPN for School-Based Role in Rock Hill, SC
Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a full-time, school-based position with a district in the Rock Hill, SC area.
Requirements to Apply:
ā¢ Active South Carolina LPN license
ā¢ Must meet state and district-specific clearance requirements (e.g., background check, TB test, and drug screening)
ā¢ Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred, but not required
ā¢ CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide direct care and medication administration to students
ā¢ Implement health care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or School Nurse
ā¢ Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
ā¢ Assist in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or seizures
ā¢ Respond to emergencies and collaborate with faculty and parents as needed
