Duties
Ā Perform accurate and efficient data entry into various systems.
Ā Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Ā Handle outbound calls, including contacting tax agencies to obtain or verify information.
Ā Assist in preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
Ā Maintain organized records and documentation.
Ā Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience in data entry and customer service.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Ā Comfortable with making phone calls to tax agencies or other organizations.
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ā Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements
Ā Experience in a clerical, administrative, or accounting support role.
Ā Familiarity with tax forms or tax-related processes is a plus but not required.
