ā¢ We mostly teach 50-minute and 1-hour classes....You don't have the same group of children all day and you get to work with a wide variety of ages (4 months to 8 years).
ā¢ Our teachers have responsibilities outside of teaching. Everyone helps with administrative tasks and running our small business.
ā¢ My Gym's corporate office creates our curriculum! You get to concentrate on curriculum delivery and not lesson planning.
ā¢ Our classes focused on learning through play and imagination. Kids are smiling the whole time!
ā¢ Two experienced teachers run every class. When you start, our supportive and talented teachers will help you every step of the way!
My Gym Children's Fitness Center is an international franchise with locations all over the country and world. We are recognized as a leader in offering fun early learning physical education classes to children ages 4 months to 8 years old.
Our locations in Norwell and Cohasset are independently owned, and all employees are involved in the high-level processes of running the small business. Our core services are our high-energy and fun classes, and we also run some birthday parties on weekends and 3-hour camp programs in the summer. New teachers go through our eight week on-the-job training program. We like our teachers to work between 3 and 5 shifts a week. On the weekends, our teachers are asked to work one 5 to 7 hour shift, but occasional weekends off is not a problem. If you want to work mostly weekend shifts, we can make that work too!
