Licensure in Florida
To work as a School Psychologist in Florida, you must:
• Hold a valid Florida Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate (PK–12)
• Complete a specialist or doctoral program in School Psychology
• Pass the FTCE School Psychologist Exam
• Undergo fingerprinting and background screening
