Job Description: We are working with a school district in North Dakota and they are searching for a virtual Special Education Teacher to join their network and work from home to provide services for their students. Responsibilities:
Ā Provide virtual instruction and support to students with special needs, both individually and in small groups.
Ā Adapt and modify instructional materials and strategies to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities.
Ā Utilize virtual platforms effectively for delivering instruction and engaging students in virtual learning activities.
Ā Monitor student progress, assess their strengths and challenges, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Ā Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and other members of the education team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Position Details:
Ā 1x Full-time position.
Ā Caseload: K-12 students with a range of disabilities within the school district.
Ā Fully Remote Work Setup

Qualifications:
Ā Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
Ā Active North Dakota state certification in Special Education, or willingness to obtain before the start date.
Ā Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and technology for delivering remote instruction.
