We move fast, work efficiently, and innovate constantly—from automation to new products—so you can make an impact and help shape the future of healthcare.What Nonstop is Looking For:Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Pricing Analyst responsible for developing data-driven pricing strategies that optimize revenue, strengthen competitive positioning, and support organizational growth. This role combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to evaluate pricing performance, support forecasting, and deliver insights through dashboards, models, and reports. The analyst partners closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to inform pricing decisions and ensure alignment across the organization.Primary Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy & AnalysisEvaluate book-of-business claims experience to develop insights on profitability and competitive positioning across products and marketsDevelop healthcare pricing models, cost analyses, and scenario forecasts to support data-informed pricing decisionsCreate automated health reporting tools and processes to streamline pricing analysisMonitor healthcare market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategyData Management Ensure accuracy and integrity of pricing-related data within BI systemsMaintain datasets, pricing tables, and inputs used for analysis and forecastingRecommend and implement improvements to data systems, collection methods, and analytics workflowsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Finance, and Product to support pricing proposals, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategiesPresent insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven mannerSupport internal stakeholders with data, models, and training on pricing tools or dashboards
Requirements
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field2–4 years of experience in commercial group pricing within the health insurance industryStrong knowledge of health insurance pricing principles, underwriting, medical plan design structure, and commercial health insurance market dynamicsStrong proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platformsStrong communication skills—verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environmentFamiliarity with CRM, ERP, or financial systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).Experience with statistical analysis or pricing optimization models.Proficiency in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovationWork Environment and Essential Functions of the Job: Remote role with regular collaboration via video, phone, email, and messaging platformsAbility to travel for team meetings, trainings, or company eventsAccess to a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential workReliable high-speed internet connectionAbility to use a computer and productivity software for extended periodsReasonable accommodations will be provided as neededWhy You’ll Love Working Here: Health, fully covered: 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your dependentsFully remote positionTechnology allowanceFlexible PTO and holidaysFinancial wellness: 401(k) matchMake an impact: Your work truly matters every dayPay Rate or Salary Range $90,000 - $110,000Employment Eligibility:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
