Non-Executive Director (NED) - M&A Lawyer

To support our aggressive acquisition strategy, we are seeking a distinguished legal expert—ideally a retired partner from a top-tier firm—with deep transactional expertise to join our board.
Role Description
• We invite a seasoned Legal Expert to join our board as a non-executive director and Lawyer.
• Expect 5-10 hours a month. With increased deal flow expect 20-30 hours a month.
Compensation
• Good Free Founders' Equity.
• Salary comes into play with positive cash flow scales with EBITDA.
• Bonuses on each deal.
Qualifications
• Former partner at a top-tier law firm or former General Counsel of a major company.
• Significant, hands-on experience leading M&A transactions and structuring deals.
• Proven ability to structure deals, lead negotiations, and manage legal risk at the board level.
• Strong understanding of transaction dynamics, deal flow, and legal strategy in private company acquisitions.
• Experience advising CEOs or boards on growth through acquisition and exit strategies.
Beneficial:
• Relevant Experience in the home health sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks in the healthcare industry.
