NOC Tech 1

Entry level position into the NOC. Customer service focused with basic technical troubleshooting abilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Trouble ticket creation. Dispatch creation. Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for Ethernet, Internet, and SONET/ TDM circuits. Triage essentially. Network monitoring. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
