About the position

The Digital Brand Specialist (NMG) is analytical, results-oriented, and views the business through the lens of the customer. The Digital Brand Specialist (NMG) acts as an internal brand advocate for assigned vendors, influencing digital merchandising, product placement, marketing/media performance, and Live-to-Site workflow management including dropship set up. The role advises external vendors on merchandising strategies, digital performance insights, and site optimization opportunities across all categories within their brand. They will also partner cross-functionally with Merch Ops, Digital Ops, and Price to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Maintain item intent accuracy, perform quality checks for item setup, and complete item set ups as necessary.
• Manage drop ship feeds, markdowns, RTVs, racking, reorders, and promos.
• Pull reporting for pre- and in-season strategy needs and buy meetings.
• Analyze brand performance metrics to identify trends with assigned digital AOR.
• Optimize PDP copy, imagery, and browse attributes in partnership with the brand; ensure romance copy for priority products.
• Track KPIs (sales trend, traffic, conversion, engagement) and share insights to inform strategies for digital AOR.
• Secure brand content to support onsite and in season messaging and exposure, support brand boutique Media Performance: Review & collaborate with brand on SPA submissions to ensure alignment with inventory depth and relevancy.
• Partner with Digital teams for organic exposures and site optimizations (ex. Filter validations, category management, item tokens)
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure timely launches for owned and drop ship workflows.
• Support digital insights to inform assortment planning; collaborate with buying teams, ecomm merchandisers and vendors on strategic priorities.
