Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including changing, turning, and toileting per 2-hour schedule
Administer medications and document on MAR
Provide adjunct care, including dressing changes, and assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bed baths, shampoos, and showers
Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart
Collaborate with other CNAs or Med Techs during shift to ensure seamless care
Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements
What We Offer:
Competitive salary starting at $17/hour
Additional compensation, including 1.5X holiday pay and 1.5X overtime pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Requirements:
1 year of caregiving experience required
CNA and Medication Aide certification required (Med Tech certification from Dorothea Dix preferred)
Experience in a nursing home or assisted living environment preferred
Dementia experience preferred
Availability to work night shifts, including rotating weekends
