HES Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Floor Technician to join our custodial team in Langston, OK. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning using both bonnet and extraction methods, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors. You will operate high and low-speed buffers, as well as propane burnishing equipment, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and operated safely. Responsibilities
Perform carpet cleaning using bonnet and extraction methods.

Scrub, strip, seal, wax, and spray buff hard surface floors.

Operate high and low-speed buffers and propane burnishing equipment.

Maintain and operate all floor cleaning and finishing equipment, including floor buffers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.

Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
Requirements
Previous floor tech experience is required.

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

Excellent work history with a focus on reliability.

Team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively and take direction.

Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
