Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Night Shift Data Encoder to join our growing remote team. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems during night hours. Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary software systems
ā¢ *
Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness
ā¢ *
Review and correct data inconsistencies or missing information
ā¢ *
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled
ā¢ *
Perform data cleanup and formatting tasks as required
ā¢ *
Generate basic reports and summaries when needed
ā¢ *
Collaborate with other remote team members and managers to ensure timely delivery of work
ā¢ *
Follow company data entry standards and best practices
ā¢ Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ *
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or data entry are a plus
ā¢ *
Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum of 50 WPM preferred)
ā¢ *
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
ā¢ *
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
ā¢ *
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
ā¢ *
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
ā¢ *
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
ā¢ Experience
ā¢ *
Minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative support, or similar clerical experience preferred

Experience with remote work and cloud-based tools is a plus
ā¢ Working Hours

Night shift: 9:00 PM ā 6:00 AM (based on your local timezone or assigned region)

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required
