Night dispatch for Trucking company
• Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with drivers and clients throughout the shift Requirements: • Dispatching or trucking industry experience preferred • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, quick to learn new systems, and able to work independently overnight • Proficient with: • Dispatching platforms/software • Google Sheets • Microsoft Teams • Google Maps • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace (if remote) • Assign and route trucks based on schedules and load requirements • Verify tickets and scheduling information for accuracy • Monitor progress of loads and update dispatch software as needed • Manage multiple screens and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Support other dispatchers and coordinate with the day team for smooth transitions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Shift availability: • Night Shift (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
