Job Description:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Required Skills and Requisites:
Ā Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
Ā Ability to build rapport with guests
Ā Strong organizational skills
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ā Register and assign rooms to guests
Ā Confirm phone and online reservations
Ā Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Ā Collect payment from departing guests
Ā Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
Ā Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
