Requirements and Qualifications Ability to multitask effectively under pressure Basic accounting knowledge and experience with spreadsheet programs (e.g., Excel) Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, typewriters, and credit card terminals Friendly and outgoing personality with professionalism Basic computer knowledge in a Windows environment Previous experience with front desk hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Springer-Miller) is a plus Responsibilities Acting as the main point of contact for guests during the overnight shift Running end-of-day reports and balancing cash and credit card transactions Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area Ensuring a smooth operation during night hours, including security checks Qualifications and Education Must be 18 years or older Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to work 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays High School diploma or equivalent required Why Work in Dover, DE?
