Job Opportunity We are currently seeking candidates to become a licensed agent appointment setter within our esteemed financial services company. This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care. While the position is in the financial industry, it revolves around engaging with and assisting individuals. We prioritize candidates with excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the added option of working from a nearby branch location. It is crucial to note that this is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as customers are provided, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting. You must be willing to obtain your Life & Health license within your first 30 days. ***THIS IS NOT HOURLY, BUT COMMISSION BASED. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT. Successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people. They should exhibit strong team-building skills and thrive in overcoming challenges, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth. Prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, as we primarily value candidates' social and interpersonal skills. We provide a comprehensive training program to fully equip new associates for the responsibilities of the position. Daily activities may involve assisting individuals with retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more. A substantial percentage of the U.S. population lacks guidance in these areas, presenting an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
