Network Security Deployment Engineer - Associate

In this role, you will design and implement secure network environments, manage network changes, and ensure compliance with security best practices while supporting critical business operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert level network system administration, security device installation, Check Point /Fortinet firewall deployment & solution, configuration, troubleshooting, debuggingSupport for global market data applications, financial systems and infrastructure involving high volume securities trading and financial transactions utilizing network management components/technologies such as OSPF, BGP, Checkpoint, FortinetImplement solutions to firewall management platform, operating system, protocols and componentsReview firewall logs and rule bases and act as subject-matter expert to ensure that security best practices are enforcedDevelop and execute contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outagesProvide technical guidance to application developers and act as a liaison with traders on firewall solutionsSkillsExperience in a corporate global network environment with a focus on network securityProficiency in configuring and supporting Check Point management serversFamiliarity with proxy platform troubleshooting, including SkyHigh and ZscalerStrong understanding of firewall deployment and network protocolsAbility to document and execute network changes effectivelyCisco Certified Security Associate (CCSA) certificationExperience provisioning and troubleshooting solutions from Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, or FortinetITIL v3 Foundation certificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively across technical and business teamsBenefitsHealth and wellbeing benefitsRetirement savings plansParental leaveFamily building benefitsEducational resourcesMatching gift and volunteer programsCompany OverviewDeutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
