If you're currently located elsewhere but would like to move to Germany, we’re happy to support your relocation.Your missionAs Network Relationship Manager, you'll be the key driver in expanding and nurturing Upvest's critical network of partners. You'll ensure we offer a wide range of investment opportunities through strong, strategic relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring mutual success.What you can expect from this roleThe Network team establishes sound partner and operational risk management practices and strategically enhances our Network of Partners. Our vision is to have an autonomous ecosystem of network partners that empowers Upvest's growth.Responsibilities: Building and Nurturing Strategic PartnershipsFull Lifecycle Relationship Ownership: Take independent and proactive ownership of dedicated network partners, from initial selection and seamless onboarding to ongoing relationship management, issue resolution, and successful contractual and commercial negotiations. You'll also manage offboarding when necessary.Strategic Partner Development: Proactively identify and engage with new partners to expand our service offerings and support new asset classes, such as derivatives or bonds, as Upvest's business grows. You'll be instrumental in shaping our network's strategic direction.Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with Product (for requirements), Engineering (for technical integration), and Finance (for commercial terms) to ensure successful partner integration and new service launches.Community Building & Engagement: Organize and facilitate engaging events with our network partners, fostering a strong sense of community and strengthening collaborative ties.Your Profile: The Ideal Relationship BuilderDeep Industry Acumen: Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience within the Investment Management industry, including a solid understanding of end-to-end trading and settlement flows. You understand the nuances of working with trading venues, custodians, data providers, and other investment service providers.Proven Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in investment management, management consulting, or in a similar field related to the role description.Academic Excellence: A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.Exceptional Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow robust, collaborative relationships with diverse external partners. Your interpersonal skills are your greatest asset.Master Communicator & Negotiator: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German proficiency is a plus but not a requirement.
