Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - II
Location: Irvine, CA.
Projects to manage:
ā¢ Small cell deployment, new build and/or modification of small cells (and other types as needed).
ā¢ Must have experience working on small cell deployment, new build and/or modification of small cells (and other types as needed) in the wireless industry. Knowledge of working on wireless projects is located on both Public Right of Way and on Private Property.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition.
ā¢ Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
ā¢ Will be required to work in multiple systems.
ā¢ Manage project budgets.
ā¢ Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team.
ā¢ Ensure that all parties are aware of project status.
ā¢ Conduct deployment calls.
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
ā¢ Excel.
ā¢ Project management.
ā¢ Knowledge of working on wireless projects is located on both Public Right of Way and on Private Property.
ā¢ Negotiation skills.
Desired Skills:
ā¢ Experience with systems like 1ERP, ESA, SPM (Fuze).
ā¢ Experience working on small cell deployment, new build and/or modification of small cells (and other types as needed) in the wireless industry.
Education / Certifications:
ā¢ Real estate license (ideal).
Targeted Years of Experience:
ā¢ 5-10 years.
