The Opportunity:

We are looking for a technical Network Operations Team Lead (Manager) to manage a dynamic and growing Network Operations team. You will support our team's mission, which is to design and run a world class network, security, and communications infrastructure while using a security-driven mindset. You will report to the Vice President - Infrastructure Security Operations and Architecture.

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage a network and security operations team


• Work with Infrastructure and Operations, and other Technology leaders to work toward completing major projects


• Work with project managers to assist with project and resource planning


• Provide project and operational escalation points during normal business and off-hours


• Monitor and recommend network, circuit, security, and monitoring infrastructure upgrades


• Manage data circuit providers and circuit MACD work


• Be a proponent of the use of automation and inspire new methods for its use in the team.


• Drive troubleshooting and resolution during major incidents and project deployments.


• Embrace the Agile methodology for the organization and prioritization of tasks.

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations


• 5+ years of management experience in the network and security operation spaces


• Experience operating and engineering virtual private or public cloud compute services such as Azure or AWS


• Experience with network micro-segmentation and multi-tenancy, cloud security


• You will be familiar with Agile project management methodology


• Manage risk and instill trust in others


• Have vendor and contract management experience in the network vendor space


• Hands-on experience managing Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 equipment
