You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving network systems while collaborating with engineering and operations teams across various environments. The Network Operations Engineer will actively contribute to problem-solving, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact service quality and customer experience. Accountabilities:
• Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems with intermediate to advanced proficiency.
• Assist with testing, quality assurance, and validation of network infrastructure and services.

• Recommend improvements to network systems, tools, and operational processes.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and product teams to support network reliability and scalability.
• Contribute technical expertise and insights to enhance overall system performance and customer experience.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or related technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of network design, development, and maintenance of complex systems.
• Ability to resolve moderately complex technical problems within established guidelines.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Comfortable working independently with general supervision and clear objectives.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with attention to detail.
