If you're looking for a career with purpose and growth potential, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a high-ownership, relationship-driven Network Management Specialist to recruit, onboard, and manage dental specialists as we build and scale our national specialty network. This role is critical to ensuring our patients have access to high-quality specialty care—including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and other disciplines—within our mobile care model.You will partner directly with the COO to design and execute our specialist network strategy: identifying target markets, recruiting top-tier providers, negotiating agreements, ensuring credentialing readiness, and driving long-term engagement and performance.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends business development, provider relations, contracting, and operational execution.YOUR DAY TO DAYRecruit & Build the NetworkIdentify priority markets and specialty gaps based on growth strategy and patient demandProactively source, recruit, and onboard high-quality dental specialistsConduct outreach campaigns, manage pipeline tracking, and drive signed agreementsOwn Provider RelationshipsServe as the primary relationship manager for contracted specialistsEnsure alignment on expectations, scheduling, quality standards, and performance metricsAddress issues quickly and professionally to maintain strong engagementContracting & NegotiationLead compensation discussions and contract execution in partnership with leadershipEnsure agreements align with margin targets and operational realitiesCredentialing & ReadinessPartner with operations and credentialing teams to ensure specialists are fully compliant and launch-readyMaintain accurate provider data and documentationPerformance & OptimizationMonitor utilization, productivity, case acceptance, and patient access metricsIdentify opportunities to improve specialist engagement and clinical throughputSupport ongoing optimization of specialty workflowsStrategic GrowthProvide market intelligence and competitive insightsContribute to long-term specialty expansion planningSupport new market launches and enterprise client expansionsWHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLEDirect Impact: Your work directly expands patient access to critical specialty dental care.Executive Visibility: You’ll report to the COO and play a central role in strategic growth decisions.Builder Opportunity: This is not maintenance mode—you’ll help design and scale the network from the ground up.Mission-Driven Work: We serve patients who otherwise face significant barriers to care.High-Growth Environment: Join a company scaling rapidly with meaningful leadership opportunities ahead.RequirementsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR3–7+ years of experience in provider recruitment, network development, healthcare contracting, or related rolesExperience recruiting or managing healthcare providers (dental experience strongly preferred)Strong relationship-building and negotiation skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and provider pipelines simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with comfort reviewing utilization and performance dataSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environmentExceptional communication skills—professional, clear, and persuasiveBachelor’s degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related field preferredIf you’re energized by building high-performing networks, creating structure where none exists, and partnering closely with executive leadership to drive growth—we’d love to meet you.BenefitsCompensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $85,000-$95,000Perks: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive
