We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Network Engineer to join our projects team in Melbourne.RequirementsWhat you’ll do:Design and implement network solutions based on client requirements, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.Configure and deploy network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.Lead and manage network infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients, addressing their networking needs and challenges.Develop and present detailed network design proposals and project plans.Perform regular maintenance and updates on client network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues or areas for improvement.What you'll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.Intermediate experience in network engineering, preferably within an MSP environment.Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).Proficiency with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Aruba.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsWhy You'll Love Working Here:Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
