Network Engineer III - Arista/Cisco is a must have
Job Summary:
The Network Engineer III is responsible for evaluating, supporting, implementing and monitoring Network Management Toolsets.
Essential Functions:
ā¢ Design, implement, monitor and support Network Transport Infrastructure: Cisco routers & switches, ISE, Application Load Balancers, CheckPoint firewalls, authentication services, wireless devices and DNS administration
ā¢ Monitor, support Network Communications Infrastructure: Cisco Call Manager, voice gateways, VOIP communications, voice and data communications facilities (ISDN PRI, T1, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, analog)
ā¢ Evaluate, implement, monitor and support data center support equipment: network cabling, power distribution and conditioning, etc.
ā¢ Monitor, support and implement Virtual Private Networking (VPN) solutions for internal/external customers
ā¢ Ensure changes to design and implementation of infrastructure solutions are capable of adapting to the growth and rapid change inherent at CareSource
ā¢ Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
ā¢ Associates degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
ā¢ Seven to ten (7 to 10) years of network experience is required

ā¢ Advanced computer and networking skills
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Effective listening and critical thinking skills
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
ā¢ Effective problem solving skills with attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
ā¢ Training/teaching skills
ā¢ Technical writing skills
ā¢ Time management skills
ā¢ Leadership experience and skills
ā¢ Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals
Licensure and Certification:
ā¢ Cisco CCNA is required
ā¢ Cisco CCNP or equivalent experience is preferred
Working Conditions:
ā¢ General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$92,300.00 - $161,600.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
