Job Title: Network Deployment Project Manager / C-RAN PM Start: Immediate Duration: 3 Years Location: Remote / Phoenix, AZ (Preferred On-Site) Job Summary: The Network Deployment Project Manager will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of network deployment projects. This role ensures timely completion, adherence to scope, and compliance with Verizon Wireless standards, while driving quality and efficiency across cross-functional teams. A key part of this role involves proactive risk assessment and mitigation to ensure project continuity and minimize disruptions. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution • Assign tasks to the deployment team and update data in AMDOCS deployment & PM tools. • Review project plans and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Technical Oversight • Ensure familiarity with centralized-RAN architecture, Nokia/Cisco routers, CRAN Hubs, BBU, Siteboss alarm units, and their deployment cycles. Risk Management • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project delays, cost overruns, or technical issues. Stakeholder Coordination • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution. Quality & Reporting • Implement quality assurance processes aligned with Verizon Wireless standards. • Prepare and present status reports using Amdocs PM tool Problem Solving & Team Development • Resolve project-related issues promptly. • Provide training and guidance to team members. Qualifications: Required • Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 8 years of experience in network deployment or project management with Verizon Network. • Proven experience in leading and managing teams. • Strong knowledge of network deployment processes and project management methodologies. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft project management tools). Preferred • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP). • Verizon experience.
