You'll serve as the technical expert on projects involving firewall automation, load balancer orchestration, cloud network integration, and compliance automation. Beyond hands-on development, you'll mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architects on solution design. Your deep multi-domain knowledge will help customers achieve unprecedented ROI through automation. You'll influence our product roadmap with field insights and represent Itential's technical excellence in customer engagements. Requirements: Required Qualifications Education: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunication, computer science, related field or relevant experience required Experience: • 5+ years in Network Automation required Skills & Competencies: • Proficiency in Ansible, Linux, Python Scripting, Jinja2, REST APIs, JSON, SSH • Understanding of network devices and configurations across Firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networks, load balancers, etc. with vendors such as: Palo Alto, F5, Cisco, Arista • Familiar with infrastructure and change management platforms such as: Infoblox, NetBox, ServiceNow • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with clients • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in identifying and delivering automation opportunities • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering quality solutions Technical Requirements: • Confluence, Jira, Git, Pipelines Certifications/Licenses: • None required Preferred Qualifications Education: • Advanced certifications in networking or automation technologies Experience: • Knowledge of Terraform and cloud networking environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Hands-on experience with the Itential Platform Skills: • Experience leading customer implementations and technical workshops Apply tot his job
