NetSuite/Accountant
Job role: NetSuite/Accountant
Duration: Initial 1+ month assignment, likely to extend through end of August Potential for longer-term or permanent placement
Location: Remote
Time: 40 hours/week, some flexibility (~25 hours possible short-term)
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable:
• Process 20 35 vendor invoices per week.
• General Accounting:
• Prepare journal entries, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
• Generate and deliver financial reports as needed.
• ERP System:
• Work within NetSuite (or similar ERP platforms).
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
• NetSuite experience preferred (or other ERP systems).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation workflows).
• Comfortable working in general accounting duties.
Soft Skills & Traits:
• Able to work independently with remote guidance.
• Comfortable with Zoom-based training and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
Additional Notes:
• Banking platform responsibilities are not part of this role.
• This is a staff-level position
