NetSuite Implementation Consultant (Financials)
About the position The Accounting and Reporting Advisory (ARA) NetSuite Cloud Strategy and Implementation Consultant position at Deloitte is designed for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy innovative solutions. This role involves expanding Deloitte's ARA Cloud Strategy and Implementation practice, leveraging existing audit knowledge to provide value to clients in finance and accounting departments. The position includes responsibilities such as implementing and deploying NetSuite solutions, conducting business process mapping, and providing ongoing support to optimize user adoption. Responsibilities • Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions within an engagement team. • Identify business requirements and manage requirements. • Conduct functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, and support implementations. • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients. • Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents. • Create functional requirements for application design. • Build, develop, and test detailed functional designs for business solution components. • Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support. • Troubleshoot issues during configuration sessions. • Provide ongoing post-implementation support. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field. • 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience. • Experience with core Record to Report business processes. • Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs. Nice-to-haves • Previous 'Big 4' experience. • Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / SuiteCloud Developer Certification). • Full life cycle NetSuite implementation experience. • Ability to manage teams and stakeholders in global locations. • Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations. • ERP data migration and cutover experience. • Hands-on functional NetSuite ERP implementation experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. • Ability to manage client and team interactions effectively. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.
