We are looking for a NetSuite Alliances Lead to join our NetSuite team. In this role, the ideal candidate will lead, proactively manage, and grow our NetSuite partner ecosystem, resulting in increased direct and indirect revenue, strong field sales engagement, enhanced brand recognition, and continued development of NetSuite consultant skills.
The NetSuite Alliances Lead will work closely with practice and technology leadership across NetSuite to drive channel demand generation from our alliance relationships in support of our rapidly growing firm.
Ideal candidates will be able to:

Build strong, trusted relationships and maintain a strong brand reputation within Spaulding Ridge’s strategic NetSuite partner ecosystem that drives direct and indirect revenue
Partner with Spaulding Ridge NetSuite practice leaders to develop and execute channel go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies through field engagement, digital marketing and communications campaigns, channel events, and strategic account planning
In partnership with practice and technology leaders, drive and achieve channel ACV sales and services quotas within the NetSuite partnership ecosystem
Demonstrate deep knowledge of NetSuite partners’ go‑to‑market propositions, target markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities
Support direct‑to‑prospect and client demand generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing, channel, and NetSuite practice leadership
Work with the EMEA team to ensure a holistic global view of our partnership with NetSuite, enabling integrated communications both internally and across the partner ecosystem
Partner with Sales Operations to own alliance‑related operational tasks, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and timely reporting
Collaborate with other alliance leads to establish performance standards, scorecards, and data collection required to evaluate and manage partnership performance, including joint sales pipeline updates, sales coverage models, client satisfaction, and consultant skills inventories
Lead and manage a junior member of the alliances team, providing mentorship, career development, and guidance on alliance strategy

Qualifications:

5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise solution sales or alliance relationships in the professional services and/or technology industry
Strong experience driving alliance relationships and sales within the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem
Solid understanding of NetSuite technology offerings and positioning
Proven experience developing partner programs and support infrastructure, with success delivering GTM strategies and channel demand generation results
Experience crafting and executing impactful partner experiences, including events and campaigns that fuel channel sales and strengthen partner relationships
Passion for sales and technology, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the firm and across diverse alliance relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills, leadership maturity, and a commitment to continuous learning and self‑improvement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of NetSuite as a sales and marketing platform to derive insights and guide strategy
High attention to detail and ability to manage and execute multiple priorities simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Skills:

Cloud technology consulting or cloud alliance experience
Experience in marketing or significant exposure to partnering with marketing teams

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
