Key Responsibilities: • Watch and analyze various types of content provided by Netflix. • Assign relevant tags and metadata to accurately classify content based on genre, mood, tone, and other attributes. • Collaborate with the Content Operations team to ensure consistency and quality in content tagging. • Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform tagging decisions. • Provide feedback on tagging processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. • Passion for entertainment and familiarity with a wide range of TV shows, movies, and genres. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with content management systems preferred.
