.NET Full Stack Engineer (Azure PAAS, React) (Only for W2)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Azure PaaS and React JS to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based web applications. This is a remote W2 position, with collaboration during Pacific Time (PST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, Azure PaaS, and React JS
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and related services
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React JS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver new features
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in .NET / C# / ASP.NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services (App Services, Azure Functions, etc.)
• Solid experience with React JS for front-end development
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or Cosmos DB
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• W2 candidates only (No C2C or third-party submissions)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with unit testing and TDD
• Azure certification is a plus

Note: This role is remote, but candidates must be able to work PST business hours.
