Who We’re Looking For: A .NET Developer to join our client’s team on a long-term contract. While this role is 100% Remote, candidates must reside in Madison, Wisconsin area or surrounding communities. Top Qualifications: • Experience with implementing OIDC in .NET web applications (4 years) • Writing Custom SQL (8 years) • Writing Custom SQL (8 years) • Full stack development (8 years Key Responsibilities: • Develop secure web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET 6/8, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. • Implement OIDC authentication flows and securely integrate with Okta and related identity platforms. • Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, full stack development, testing, and production support. • Perform interactive code reviews, create technical documentation, and follow TDD practices. • Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Blazor or Kendo UI. • Support multiple applications modernized from mainframe systems and contribute to additional projects as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and provide high-quality, maintainable code. Preferred Technical Experience • Identity and access management (IAM), particularly Okta • .NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 8, WebAPI, n-tier architecture • JavaScript frameworks (Blazor, Angular, React, Vue, Alpine.js) • SQL Server, DB2, Oracle • Automated testing, TDD, GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD • IIS, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Git • Kendo UI, Bootstrap • Reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Telerik Reports) • Legacy modernization (COBOL, DB2 mainframe) • iOS development (Objective-C, Swift) About Codeworks: Codeworks has over 25 years of experience serving Fortune 1000 companies in Wisconsin as well as our client's national locations.
