Hi, Need VMware HCX SME-100% Remote Location: Remote Duration: 12+Months Role Summary The HCX SME is fully accountable for the successful design, deployment, and operational readiness of the VMware HCX platform to facilitate high-speed, secure, and zero-downtime workload migration. Responsibilities HCX Design, Deployment & Support: - Design the HCX topology (site pairing, service mesh, network extension strategy) between the source and target VCF environments. - Deploy and configure HCX appliances (e.g., IX, Network Extension, WAN Optimization) and ensure proper licensing. - Collaborate with the Network Architect to validate network prerequisites and connectivity for HCX services. - Monitor HCX performance and health during bulk migration phases. - Serve as the primary technical resource for the Migration Specialist team, resolving HCX-specific migration failures. Required Skills Expert-level, demonstrable experience with VMware HCX, including various migration methods (vMotion, Bulk, Replication Assisted vMotion). Strong network troubleshooting skills (L2, L3, firewall rules).
