Job Description:
As an Associate Account Executive, you will support the sales pipeline by nurturing leads, managing follow-ups, and converting prospects into clients. You’ll collaborate closely with senior account executives and internal teams to understand client needs, deliver tailored pitches, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. This role demands strong communication, persistence, and a client-first mentality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable conducting cold outreach via phone and email.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
Located in or able to work Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities:
Assist with prospecting and lead generation activities.
Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients.
Work alongside senior executives to close deals and manage accounts.
Maintain detailed records in CRM and manage pipeline updates.
Support the onboarding process to ensure client satisfaction.
