We’re hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing, early-stage wellness startup that’s reimagining how people access holistic health support. This innovative digital platform pairs clients with dedicated wellness advisors who craft personalized, integrative health plans—designed to meet people where they are, not overwhelm them with generic advice.
We’re looking for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who’s excited to help shape the future of holistic wellness in a virtual-first world. If you’re passionate about individualized care, energetic healing modalities, and helping people make meaningful, lasting changes—this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead virtual 1-on-1 consultations and guide clients through their wellness journeys
• Create personalized health plans rooted in naturopathic and functional medicine principles
• Recommend tools, supplements, and lifestyle practices tailored to each client
• Offer bi-weekly check-ins and light asynchronous support (via messaging or platform portal)
• Track progress, refine wellness plans, and help clients stay on course
• Share feedback to help improve the client experience and evolve the platform
Who You Are:
• A licensed ND (Naturopathic Doctor) in the U.S. or Canada
• Experienced (2+ years) in working directly with clients or patients
• Grounded in science but open to energy work, eastern modalities, and lifestyle-based care
• Confident in providing support around nutrition, emotional wellness, and supplement protocols
• Tech-comfortable and open to working within a digital wellness experience
• Compassionate, intuitive, and excited to be part of something from the ground up
The Details:
• Fully remote
• Part-time contract (5–10 hrs/week to start, with room to grow)
• Flexible hours and scheduling
• Competitive hourly or per-client rate based on experience
