The National Sutures specialist will be responsible for delivering competitive market share gains within Sweden through the sale and promotion of our comprehensive leading suture portfolio, as well as ensuring existing accounts are managed effectively through supporting procedures, managing inventory and upselling. You will need to build and develop strong relationships with all relevant external stakeholders to increase revenue and profitability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This role will cover whole of Sweden so you will need to be able to and willing to travel. Ideal location will be in southern Sweden. If you are open to challenges, are passionate, reliable and flexible and a great team player – come join us!Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Be responsible for selling and supporting the Suture product range in Sweden, primarily to healthcare regionsFocus on strong teamwork with the customersBe responsible for sales activities, development and implementation of the business strategies in the allocated territory, while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the marketPlan and attend customer meetings, organize product trials, demonstrations, presentations, conventions, forums and meetings to give information of the company’s productsBe working in an international environment in one of the leading medical devices companies in the world Be a part of a great team of dedicated people where you will be supported and coached in all aspects to do the very best for our patients Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
