Job Description: Sika is searching for an experienced National Sales Manager, Distribution to join our growing team. In this role, the National Sales Manager, Distribution is responsible for developing, leading and executing Sika's U.S. distribution strategy across the industry portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this position serves as the central point of accountability for indirect sales performance and transforms distribution from a transactional sales outlet to strategic growth driving market share gains, and margin improvements. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage existing distribution networks aligned with Sika Industry growth plans Deliver above-market growth through disciplined distributor segmentation and execution Improve sales visibility, and forecasting accuracy Drive accountability through CRM-driven channel management Strengthen alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations Develop and execute a national distribution strategy Define and maintain authorized distributors criteria by geography, market focus, and capability Lead strategic business reviews with key distribution partners Align with sales and finance to ensure pricing discipline, consistency and margin improvements Act as the primary interface between distributors and internal Sika teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, distribution, or channel management Proven success manageing multi-region distribution networks Additional Information: Perks & Benefits 401k with Generous Company Match Bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Parental Leave Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid time off, Paid holidays Floating holidays + Paid Volunteer Time Wellness/Fitness Reimbursements Education Assistance Professional Development Opportunities Employee Referral Program & More!
