National Finance and Insurance Executive

Zurich North America is hiring a National F&I Executive to join Zurich Direct Markets West Division. This team member will support West Division clients and fellow field staff members in Service, Retention & Business Acquisition of qualified Mega-Dealer F&I Clients. As a member of Zurich's West Division Direct Markets National team, your time & talents will be needed for: Current Client Growth & Retention (65%), New Business Acquisition/Support (20%), Administration & Special Projects (15%).

Our ideal candidate will be required to assist Zurich customers throughout the entire Division (13 states) where overnight travel up to 75% may be necessary depending on candidate residence location.

Candidate will deliver on these Responsibilities:
• Maintain, retain & grow profitable relationships with new and existing Mega-Dealer F&I customers
• Use experience & critical thinking to develop plans for underperforming accounts
• Analyze/monitor trends & anticipate needs to develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or product offerings
• Coordinate & facilitate training to customer on products and services as well as inspect and validate results
• Conduct kick-offs for new customers and manage new dealership conversions for acquisitions by current customers
• Lead/support monthly internal team call(s) for client development/service/retention and external client meetings.
• Conducting training/development at the group and store level
• Use current & emerging presentation/communication technologies to support client performance and business initiatives
• Support NEW ACCOUNT ACQUISITION through teamwork with Divisional Mgmt. & Field Team – Sales Call preparation & delivery, Prospecting/Marketing support
• Coordinate/deliver on the successful implementation, utilization and impact of the following Zurich Advantage Programs:
• Aftermarket F&I Sales – VSC Direct Marketing
• Zurich Fixed Operations Training & Certification
• Proliferation of Zurich University activation & utilization

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership

OR
• High school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.

AND
• Must reside within the territory required by the position

Preferred Qualifications:
• Ideal candidates have outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
• Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g. GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
• Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology.
• Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.

The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role, is $64,600.00 - $105,900.00 This position included a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
