Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated National Business Administration Manager to support our offices across multiple markets. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing on-site support, training, and leadership wherever needed. The ideal candidate for the National Business Administration Manager position has a strong business operations background, exceptional people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment. You’ll work closely with our office teams to strengthen operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive company standards across all locations. • **Candidates applying must reside near one of our market locations, which include: Phoenix, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; St. Louis, MO; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Detroit, MI or Raleigh, NC. Key Responsibilities of a National Business Administration Manager: • Travel to various markets (up to 90%) to provide operational support, training, and coverage as needed. • Supervise all office operations including payment reconciliation, accounts receivable, customer communications, and post-job satisfaction follow-ups. • Align order fulfillment with inventory and production capacity, proactively resolve discrepancies in orders, payments, or inventory allocation, and support smooth operational workflows. • Manage and improve the customer experience by collaborating with the Customer Care Team and Sr. Production Manager to ensure installation and service goals are met. • Train and mentor office managers in new and existing markets to ensure consistent adherence to company processes and performance standards. • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. • Promote and maintain a safety-minded culture, ensuring a safe work environment in every office. • Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies across all markets Requirements National Business Administration Manager Required Skills: • 2-3 years proven experience as a Business Administration Manager, Office Manager, or similar leadership role. • Strong background in training and mentoring individuals. • Solid understanding of accounts receivables. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Ability to travel up to up to 90% of the time and adapt quickly to new environments. • Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems (Salesforce and LN/Infor experience is a plus). • Knowledge of business and management principles including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation Schedule and compensation for the National Business Administration Manager: • Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm (flexibility as needed) • $80,000 + based on experience Benefits • 401(k) with matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Apply tot his job
