Description
Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.DutiesSupport the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chatsMaintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clientsMust meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work scheduleReview and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectivelyAdjudicate claims on occasionComplete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor
Requirements
QualificationsAbility to work in a remote environmentHave strong typing and 10-key skillsHave excellent customer service skillsStrong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation requiredBe highly motivatedHave positive attitudeReliableAbility to work quickly, efficiently, and accuratelyAbility to work well within a teamSpanish speaking usefulEducation and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work for the designated position.
