Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
ā¢ Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
ā¢ Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
ā¢ Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
ā¢ Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
ā¢ Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
ā¢ Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Job Qualifications:
Power BI Expertise: Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
Power Platform CoE Toolkit: Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the toolkit.
Copilot Studio Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
Canvas App Development: Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
Dynamics 365 CRM: Proven experience in administering and customizing D365 CRM.
AI & M365 Copilot Governance: Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
Azure Services: Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.
Candidate Skills And Qualifications
8Years-Required-Hands-on experience with customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools
8 Years -Required-Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs and debugging software applications.
5 Years -Required-Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling using Power-BI
3 Years -Required-Familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features
3 Years -Required-Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory
