Responsibilities may include or a mix of the ff: Digital Marketing Create overall digital marketing strategies aligning to the business objectives and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Develop and oversee marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and increase leads in all type of platforms. Execute digital campaign advertisements using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms across all channels. Optimize conversion rates by tracking and measuring the performance of digital marketing campaigns based on metrics or KPIs. Content Creation. Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including: blog posts, social media content, articles ,infographics, and web copy. Research on the latest trends and innovation adhering to create a compelling content and is aligning with the brand's guidelines and goals. Social Media Management Create social media strategies to increase potential reach, brand awareness, and visibility in various social media platforms. Plan and schedule content calendars to maintain consistent posting Build a strong community by positively engaging to the audience and responding quickly to comments, messaging and inquiries. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research for website optimization through keyword tools ,SEO tools and other analytics-improve page visibility and relevance through meta titles, meta descriptions and website content for search engines. Analyze key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve search rankings . Photo and Video Editing Edit photos and videos considering brand's standards and ensure a visually appealing marketing materials . Audio Editing Enhance and edit audio content to ensure clarity and seamless viewer's experience. Graphic Design Create designs for various mediums print, digital, social media and other promotional materials maintaining consistent visual identity for the brand. Other multimedia skills Proficiency in creating motion graphics animation, 2D/3D modeling, digital illustration, and voiceovers. Web Design Create a visually appealing website and user. Friendly website design enhancing overall user experience. Improve interface by testing and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Web Development Create and build websites with expertise in either front-end development and back -end development. Design databases for efficient data storages and retrieval. Optimize website and website application performance by conducting quality assurance and testing. Administrative/Adhoc Tasks Overall coordination and communication with clients and other stakeholders with proficiency in tasks management, email and phone management, documentation and other adhoc tasks. Requirements At least High School Graduate At least 1 year of relevant professional/freelancing experience You can speak and write well in English You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport Be able to communicate effectively with US-based clients via chat, phone, or video calls. Proficiency in any of the following creative/multimedia tools: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Avid, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Procreate, 3Ds Max, Maya, Z-Brush, Adobe Audition, Pro-Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Reason, FL Studio, etc Proficiency in MetaBusiness Suite and social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, SocialPilot and Loomly,etc. Must be a Philippine citizen only.
