Job Details • Multimedia Learning Designer (Contract) • Location: Remote • Duration: 1/19/2026 to 5/01/2026 • Team: Sales - Field Enablement About The Role • You will create high-quality multimedia learning assets that support Cohesity’s global partner enablement programs. This contract role is primarily focused on video production, visual design, and packaging learning content. The emphasis is on execution and delivery rather than program ownership or learning strategy. Key Responsibilities • Produce and edit learning videos using Camtasia, including demos, walkthroughs, and scenario-based content. • Transform existing recordings and SME input into polished, partner-ready multimedia assets. • Build and update eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, focusing on clarity, flow, and visual presentation. • Design and refine slides, one-pagers, thumbnails, and learning visuals using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign. • Apply light instructional structure to improve learner experience (chunking, sequencing, formatting). • Maintain and update learning content within Docebo, ensuring accuracy and timely publishing. • Support Partner Enablement initiatives by delivering consistent, high-quality multimedia assets on defined timelines. • Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on content to meet delivery needs. Required Skills & Qualifications • 4–7 years of experience in multimedia learning development, video production, or enablement content creation. • Strong hands-on experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint. • Experience editing and packaging technical content for partner or field audiences. • Solid visual design skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with SMEs and enablement stakeholders.
