Position: MuleSoft Technical LeadJob Type: ContractMust-Haves:Telecom domain experience (mandatory)Integration with Salesforce CPQ (mandatory)Excellent communication skillsExperience: 12+ years overall IT experience, with 10+ years in integration technologiesJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Technical Lead with extensive experience in telecom domain integrations and proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ integration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, and API Gateway solutions, along with demonstrated leadership in large-scale integration projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft v4.x (ESB, APIM, Flex Gateway, Anypoint Monitoring).Design, develop, and implement integrations with Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise systems.Drive architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with microservices, SOA, EDA, and cloud computing best practices.Oversee project execution, from process decomposition and scoping to optimization and delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.Mentor teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure MuleSoft development best practices are followed.Required Skills & Experience:Telecom domain experience (mandatory)Salesforce CPQ integration expertise (mandatory)12+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in integration tools (middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway).3+ years hands-on MuleSoft v4.x experience.Certified MuleSoft Developer and Architect (Integration/Platform).Strong knowledge of multiple deployment models (CloudHub, RTF).Familiarity with additional integration platforms (webMethods, TIBCO, IBM WebSphere).Strong expertise in XML, BPEL, Web Services, WS-* specifications.Solid understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.Prior consulting or pre-sales experience is desirable.Proven leadership in Integration, BPM, or Middleware projects.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
