Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a skilled Integration Analyst with hands-on experience in MuleSoft integrations and RPA to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience working with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, along with a solid understanding of modern integration frameworks and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformBuild and support REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and message-based integrationsMonitor integration processes and troubleshoot data flow and performance issuesWrite, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers as it relates to integrationsAnalyze and resolve complex integration and data workflow challengesParticipate in testing, deployment, and change management activitiesCreate and maintain documentation for integration architecture, mappings, and error handlingCollaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholdersWork within Agile development environmentsStay current with emerging technologies and integration best practices
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience in enterprise data integration or multi-system environmentsHands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (development, deployment, and monitoring)Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, and triggersSolid understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data formats (REST, JSON, XML)Experience with authentication, error handling, retry logic, and monitoringFamiliarity with integration approaches such as iPaaS, middleware, custom APIs, or event-driven architecturesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications: Experience with MuleSoft RPAExperience with Boomi or similar integration platformsExperience with Salesforce, UKG, or similar enterprise systemsCore Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder engagementTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approachCustomer-focused perspectiveAdaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving environment
