In this critical role, you’ll help enhance support for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients by optimizing supplier management and ensuring operational excellence.As the MSP Program Specialist, you’ll manage day-to-day coordination, compliance, and reporting functions—freeing up our Account Management team to focus on strategic growth and client engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization that supports healthcare facilities nationwide.What You’ll DoRequisition & Data ManagementEnter and audit all open requisitions in Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to ensure accuracy and completeness.Track and report on key MSP metrics, including submittals, interview rates, offers, backouts, and total network billable performance.Supplier Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for supplier partners regarding policies, procedures, and operational support.Organize and facilitate regular supplier calls and performance reviews.Provide feedback on submittals, onboarding issues, and performance to strengthen supplier relationships.Manage onboarding of new suppliers, including tracking contracts, W-9s, COIs, training materials, and documentation.Maintain an updated supplier database, monitor credential compliance, and manage supplier coverage needs.Oversee sub-vendor credentialing and compliance to ensure clinicians meet onboarding and assignment requirements.Track and manage expiring credentials for clinicians on assignment to maintain uninterrupted coverage.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner closely with Account Managers, Credentialing, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth program operations.Attend internal and client meetings, conferences, and events as needed.Identify process improvements and contribute to the ongoing optimization of MSP operations and supplier performance.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required6+ years of experience in supplier management, preferably within an MSP environmentStrong understanding of vendor management systems (VMS) and supplier operationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solutions-oriented, and aligned with our core values: Others First, Wisdom, and GrowthWhy You’ll Love Working at Jackson Therapy PartnersAt Jackson Therapy Partners, we believe in combining purpose with performance.
