MS Azure Engineer

We currently have a vacancy for a MS Azure Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Tasks:Act as a subject matter expert Azure;Assume technical responsibilities, and adept at devising architectural solutions across a range of complex topics;Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities;Analyse systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities;Conduct research to find ways to improve operations;Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.RequirementsUniversity degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;Excellent experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and security;Good experience in working in the data centre for a large company (10k+ employees);Experience or competency in either of the following functional domains: Dashboarding and reporting, data engineering and ETL, data warehousing (or lakehousing), data science and machine learning, data governance and data stewardship;Good knowledge of Azure Synapse;Experience or competency on Data Analytics solutions in the Azure ecosystem (such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure DataLake Storage,..) will be considered an asset;Excellent command of the English language.BenefitsIf you are seeking a career in an exciting and dynamic company, where you will offer your services as part of a team of a major European Institution, operating in an international, multilingual and multicultural environment where you can expect real chances to make a difference, please send us your detailed CV in English, quoting reference: (19762/03/2026).We offer a competitive remuneration (either on contract basis or remuneration with full benefits package), based on qualifications and experience.
